The Sebring Airport Authority requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional firms for Construction Contract Administration and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the Airfield Stormwater Improvement Project at Sebring Regional Airport. Key responsibilities include reviewing final design documents and bid packages for compliance with grant requirements, participating in pre-bid and preconstruction meetings, responding to contractor inquiries in collaboration with the Airport and Engineer of Record, reviewing bids for responsiveness, and supporting the award process. Providers are also expected to establish project procedures for document control, inspection, reporting, and communications to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to all regulatory and grant conditions. The scope also includes supporting environmental assessment and compliance activities, assisting with permitting requirements, monitoring environmental impacts during construction, and maintaining documentation to demonstrate compliance with environmental standards.
