Question Deadline 04/15/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to William J. Cundiff, P.E., Superintendent, Department of Public Works, 147 Cordaville Road, Southborough, MA 01772, and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The proposed work is on the Town Common, bordered by Common Street, St. Mark's Street and Boston Road (Route 30). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: the repair and refurbishment of the existing pipe rail fence around the Town Common, furnishing and installing granite fence posts, furnishing and installing new pipe rail, and other incidental work. All Work shall be completed by December 31st , 2026. The Work shall consist of the above plus all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto. Repair and refurbishment of the existing pipe rail fence around the Southborough Town Common, including furnishing and installing granite fence posts, furnishing and installing new pipe rail, and other incidental work. Award is subject to final approval.
