Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Walnut Street Sidewalk Rehabilitation and Related Work. Remove and reset brick sidewalk, reset granite curbing, drainage modifications, full depth patching, electric conduit installation for future lighting and related work. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work to be done under this contract shall be in accordance with these specifications and referenced standards and includes removing and resetting the existing brick sidewalks on the east side of Walnut Street between Center Street and Union Street. Inclusive of this work is resetting existing granite curb, removal of tree stumps, full depth reconstruction and minor drainage alterations, and other related items of work shown on plans. An Add alternate for installing future street lighting conduit and electrical service is shown on plan and shall be awarded based on available funds. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications and completed within the identified bid items as directed and shown on the plans or modified in the field by the Highway Superintendent.
