Site work for a development in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

The State of Tennessee is inviting General Contractor bids for the work of the ETREC - PSU Site Infrastructure project for the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture, Knoxville/Knox. Bidders must be licensed and qualified per state law. A five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or certified/cashier's check made payable to the State of Tennessee. The non-discrimination policy applies. The Work includes locating existing utilities, the installation of approximately 340 linear feet of 6" PVC (C900) water line, water line testing, erosion control, limited traffic control, pre-construction site video recording, one creek crossing with concrete encasement, one fire hydrant, connection to existing waterline stubout, greenway repair, removal and replacement of wire fence with wood posts, gravel driveway resurfacing, and seeding. Bids must be submitted to the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture, Plant Sciences HQ Conference Room.
