Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of a parking lot at 407-413 Ridge Avenue, Allentown, PA 18102. Sealed proposals are required. Bidders should note that the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies, and the successful bidder must pay no less than the determined wage rates for the project area. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality in the bidding process, as permitted by law. No bidder may withdraw a bid within ninety days after the bid opening, except in accordance with the terms of PA Act 4 of 1974, latest revision. Question Deadline 04/20/2026 at 4:30 PM ET Follow-up questions regarding the bid documents may be submitted in writing and posted online This project consists of the following: a. Install E&S Controls. b. Remove existing stone fill material to a depth that allows for the installation of the new Subbase, Binder Course, and Wearing Course. c. Remove existing Curb and sidewalk to allow for the construction of the new curb and sidewalk. d. Place new subbase, binder course, and wearing course. e. Install new curb and sidewalk. f. Design and Coordinate with PPL the parking lot lighting system. g. Install new lighting system. h. Prepare landscape area and install new trees and shrubs. i. Clean area and remove E&S Controls.
