Bids are to be submitted at the District Office, 73 County Route 11A, Craryville, NY 12521, by 1:00 P.M. on Friday, May 1, 2026. Bids sent electronically or by facsimile will not be accepted, and late bids will be returned unopened. The Architect for the project is SEI Design Group Architects, D.P.C., located at 2 Winners Circle, Suite 101, Albany, NY 12205. Contract documents, including Instructions to Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions, Drawings, and Specifications may be examined at the offices of the Owner, Architect, and listed construction plan rooms. A Pre-Bid walk-through conference will be held at Taconic Hills Central School District, High School Main Office, at 9am on Thursday, April 9, 2026, for the purpose of touring the building and considering bidder questions. All pre-bid RFIs should be directed to AlbSubmittals@seidesigngroup.com. Each bidder must submit a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent of the bid, guarantee contract execution and performance, and shall not withdraw the bid for forty-five days after the bid opening.
