Phoenix Rail Trail Rehabilitation and Related Work. ADA improvements at all road crossings, minor drainage alterations, minor geometric alterations, curb installation, tree installations, pavement overlay, and related work. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work to be done under this contract shall be in accordance with these specifications and referenced standards and includes rehabilitation of the Phoenix Rail Trail from intersection of Main Street and South Street continuing westerly to the Mattapoisett Town line and the Phoenix Rail Trail extension (aka Little Bay Extension) from Arsene Street to Orchard Street. Work will include but not be limited to, minor drainage modifications, geometric realignment of the rail trail roadway crossings, installing raised crossing for roadway crossings, full depth construction, pavement overlay, curb installation, ADA complaint accommodations and pavement markings. This work includes an add alternate for the pavement overlay of the entire length of the rail trial. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications and completed within the identified bid items as directed and shown on the plans or modified in the field by the DPW Highway Superintendent.
