Frederick County is requesting quotes from qualified contractors for the demolition and replacement of existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, and kitchen sink at Millwood Fire Station, located at 250 Costello Drive, Winchester, VA, 22602. The project includes the removal and proper disposal of existing materials and the installation of new, commercial-grade cabinets, countertops, and sink. All work shall be completed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications outlined in this solicitation. Plan Holders List not maintained. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project, including, but not limited to, the following: o Field verification and measurement of all cabinets, countertops, sink, and faucet locations. o Demolition and proper disposal of existing cabinets, countertops, and sink. o Furnishing and installation of new commercial-grade cabinets, countertops, and sink. o Completion of all plumbing work necessary for proper installation and operation. o Completion of all associated installation work, including trim, finishing, and minor wall repairs. This shall include painting of affected areas if damage occurs during demolition or installation, or as otherwise required to provide a complete and finished appearance. o Obtaining and coordinating all required permits and inspections, as applicable to the project. The Contractor's proposal shall include all associated costs, including materials, labor, installation, and any additional expenses necessary to complete the project. The proposal shall also include a projected timeline for completion of the work.
