Henderson County is accepting bids for the Henderson County Sports Complex Bathroom Buildings Project. All bids are to be sealed, hard copies, and hand delivered, or sent by mail. All envelopes should be clearly marked Construction Bid for HCSC Bathroom Buildings Project. No email or facsimile copies will be considered. The facilities will be located on Henderson County property at 69 Balfour Rd. Hendersonville, NC. All proposals must demonstrate compliance with all aspects of North Carolina law and Henderson County policy, including e-verification, terms and conditions, and other requirements. Henderson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the goods and services for its intended use as allowed by law and further specifically reserves the right to make the award in the best interest of the County. Complete turnkey construction of the 3 Restroom buildings in attached plans and specs. o Contractor is responsible for all required permits and inspections. o Building 1. Ticket Office/ Restrooms Contractor is to provide and install all materials required for complete construction of building per plans and specs. To include, but not limited to Foundation, Slab, CMU and Metal stud framing and finishes, Electrical equipment, HVAC equipment, Interior partitions (framed and pre fab). o Building 2. Picnic Shelter / Restrooms o Contractor is to provide and install all materials required for complete construction of building per plans and specs. To include but not limited to Foundation, Slab, CMU and Metal stud framing and finishes, Electrical equipment, HVAC equipment, Interior partitions (framed and prefab). o Building 3. Existing storage/ Restrooms o Contractor will provide slab for the existing storage building but is NOT responsible for moving existing building. o Contractor is to provide and install all materials required for complete construction of restrooms at end of slab as shown per plans and specs. To include but not limited to Foundation, Slab, Metal stud framing and finishes, Electrical equipment, HVAC equipment, Interior partitions (framed and pre fab). o Sewer, Water and Electrical will be stubbed at each building site. Awarded contractor will be required to make all connections. o Awarded contractor will need to coordinate with the site contractor for access to building site. o Awarded Contractor Must Provide a 1-year warranty on all workmanship, materials and equipment from the completion date. Substantial completion date of this project is October 1, 2026. o Buildings #1 Ticket Office/ Restrooms and Building #2 Picnic Shelter/ Restrooms must be complete by this date.
