Henderson County/Henderson County Public Schools, North Carolina invites interested licensed Contractors to submit construction bids for the EHHS OLD GYM, WHHS BLDGS V, Y & Z ROOF REPLACEMENTS, located in Henderson County, North Carolina. Performance and Payment Bond are required if contract is $300,000 or greater. Bid Bonds are required if bid is $500,000 or greater. If required, each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check of the Bidder, or by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner for an amount equal to no less than 5 percent of the total bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the required Agreement will be executed and that a 100% Performance Bond will be furnished. Bid Bond Form shall be AIA Document A310. No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bid for a period of 60 days.
