Williamson County is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors to provide Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Cedar Park Annex (CPA) Chiller Plant Update. The project consists of a one-for-one replacement of major mechanical equipment serving the facility's hot water and chilled water systems, along with replacement of a roof-mounted outside air unit. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and services necessary to deliver a complete, fully functional, and code-compliant project. The work includes all utilities, piping, insulation, controls, structural supports, housekeeping pads, and appurtenances required for proper installation and operation of the systems described.
