The City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for professional tree care and arborist services for the City on an as needed basis. Services include, but are not limited to, tree condition and risk assessment, removal, planting, pruning, mitigative treatment application, emergency tree service and stump removal, site inspection, tree inventories, cabling/bracing services, and plant healthcare. Proposals must include a statement by the proposer that the provisions required by Oregon prevailing wage statutes, as applicable, shall be included as part of the awarded contract. Proposals are to be submitted electronically using the City's procurement system. Late proposals will not be accepted. There will be no formal opening of proposals.
