Site work for a water / sewer project in Milwaukie, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a 43,728-square-foot water / sewer project.
The project consists of exterior concrete roof and exterior wall preparation and application of a roof coating on two (2) 5-million-gallon potable water reservoir. The roof area for each is roughly 21,362 square feet and 1 ft vertical band around exterior wall 502 square feet totaling 43,728 square feet for both reservoirs. Work includes cleaning and surface preparation of the concrete roof and exterior wall, repair of cracks and concrete deficiencies that may contain or allow the intrusion of contaminants, and application of Sherwin Williams Loxon Acrylic in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable standards. The estimate for this project is $310,000 - $343,000. Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Submission packet through the Bid Locker system in the prescribed form and manner as indicated in the Information for Bidders. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond executed in favor of Oak Lodge Water Services Authority for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. No bid will be considered unless it contains a statement that the provisions required by ORS 279C.838 or ORS 279C.840, pertaining to prevailing wages, are included as part of the contract. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
