Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Clarksville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of demolition of two existing brine tanks, two existing sodium hypochlorite tanks, the existing OSHG system, and existing peristaltic and end-suction centrifugal pumps, as well as all associated piping and appurtenances. Sandblasting and recoating in the existing Disinfection Building. Installation of two new sodium hypochlorite storage tanks, including piping, valves, heat tracing, instrumentation, accessories, and appurtenances. Installation of two new peristaltic pump skids and one new end-suction centrifugal pump, including piping, valves, instrumentation, accessories, and appurtenances. Installation of new HVAC, electrical, and instrumentation equipment in the membrane building. The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the work. Question Deadline 05/01/2026 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than ninety-six (96) hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
