The City of Clarksville reserves the right, as its interests may require to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities therein.. For additional information, please contact John Bozard at john.bozard@cityofclarksville.com. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. Owner further reserves the right to reject the bid of any bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible. The City may also reject the bid of any bidder if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project/bid to make an award to that bidder. The City also reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder. The City also reserves the right to reject the bid of a bidder who has previously failed to perform properly or complete on time contracts of a similar nature, or a bid of a bidder who investigation shows is not in a position to perform the contract. The work will consist of supplying materials for various omponents of the streetlight system of the City of Clarksville.
