Reference Number 0000419096 The City of Escondido Utilities Department is seeking qualified consultants to provide as-needed engineering design, technical support, and plan review services for water, wastewater, recycled water, and stormwater infrastructure. Services will be authorized on a task-order basis, depending on the consultant's specialty and availability, and the City's project needs. Work under this contract may include, but is not limited to: pipeline, pump station, and treatment facility projects; utility infrastructure rehabilitation; condition assessment; hydraulic modeling; new and retrofit piping design; utility facility design; and construction-phase engineering support. Consultants may also be tasked with plan checking of private development projects connecting to City utility systems.
