The work consists of installing and upgrading signs with new fluorescent sheeting at various locations throughout Yuba County. Other items or details required by the standard specifications or special provisions shall also be performed, placed, constructed, or installed as necessary. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to Yuba County Department of Public Works, to guarantee that the bidder will promptly execute the Agreement if the bid is accepted. The total bid price must be guaranteed for 60 days from the bid opening. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, and to award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
