The City of Marysville is requesting proposals from qualified transportation planning and engineering consulting teams to prepare a detailed downtown mobility and traffic calming implementation strategy under the U.S. Department of Transportation Reconnecting Communities & Neighborhoods (RCN) Program. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to solicit detailed work programs that focus on corridor- and intersection-level solutions that can move directly into engineering design and ultimately construction. The City is seeking a consultant team that can translate existing safety and mobility recommendations into specific, implementable projects with defined countermeasures, conceptual layouts, and order-of-magnitude construction costs.
