Reference Number 0000419084 Background - The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC), on behalf of the Buena Vista Correctional Center (BVCC), requires trash removal services. Proper and timely trash removal is essential to the management of this facility and is critical to the safety and security of Colorado. BVCC is a self-sustaining environment which may include but not limited to: kitchens, dining halls, warehouses, administrative offices, maintenance/physical plant shops, boiler houses, agricultural operations, vocational/correctional industries, and medical infirmary. Offeror will be required to provide trash pickup, and disposal, as well as supply all of the equipment, vehicles, supplies and labor to complete the requested services. Offerors submitting proposal in response to this RFP may propose new service schedules, based on the offerors expertise and taking into consideration container size and facility needs.
