Town has identified the need for a new Town Hall facility to provide adequate space, modern safety features and efficient utilities. Currently, Town Hall departments (Administration, Finance, Clerk, Planning) are split between Town Hall and Town Hall East on East Main Street. This is a placeholder for a "new" Town Hall which could be accomplished in several ways, including but not limited to: Acquire existing building on or close to East Main. Sell old Town Hall as a partial funding source Expand Town Hall East and the Town Campus to include Board Chamber and space for all Town Hall functions as defined in the community input process and facilities needs assessment conducted by Wold Architecture in 2020. Sell Old Town Hall as a partial funding source The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
