Site work for a transportation facility in Mayfield, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work necessary for the Raise Runway 1 End Project at the Mayfield-Graves County Airport. Bidders must submit sealed proposals accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond in a sum not less than five percent of the aggregate bid amount. The successful bidder must execute a contract and provide contract surety and payment bonds both in the amount equal to one hundred percent of the bid amount. All applicable federal requirements and certifications are required, including but not limited to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation, Title VI Civil Rights compliance, Buy American Certification, Trade Restriction Clause, Davis-Bacon requirements, Affirmative Action, and Debarment and Suspension certifications. The Airport Board reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, and negotiate with the apparent low bidder as necessary. Bids may not be withdrawn for 120 calendar days after the closing time for receipt of bids and may be held for up to 120 days for evaluation purposes.
