Description

Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development; and office development.

Installation of carpet and tile in the Koupal Towers and Mason House units and offices at the Main Office as needed. Bid packets containing specifications, procedures, and schedule may be picked up at the Housing Authority's Main Office. Sealed bids will be received until the specified date and time. The Clarksburg-Harrison Regional Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, either in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities in the bidding process, making awards in the manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Housing Authority. No bid shall be withdrawn subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Clarksburg-Harrison Regional Housing Authority. Maximum opportunities for equal employment of minorities shall be provided by the Contractor in the performance of this contract.
