Lebourgneuf Quebec, QC, G2K 2K8 The CAPITAL SCHOOL SERVICES CENTRE is requesting bids to retain the services of a contractor for the replacement of the external water inlet, replacement of the roof covering of the basins B1-B2-B3-B4 and renovation of the interior finishes phase 1 of the Escabelle school in the period from June 29 to August 20 (reserved work), more precisely according to the schedule provided for in Annex 0.01.13 of the general conditions. All Submissions must be accompanied by a compliant bid bond representing 10% of the total amount of the submission excluding all applicable taxes, valid for a period of 60 days from the date of opening the submissions, otherwise the submission will be automatically rejected. This submission bond must be presented on the mandatory form ANNEX 4.01 A or ANNEX 4.01 B of the submission form. It must be exchanged at the signing of the Contract, if applicable, for a performance bond and a bond for pledges, materials and services, always according to mandatory forms in the annexes to the General Conditions. The amount of each of these latter bonds will be 50% of the contract price.
