Renovation of a library in Philippi, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Philippi Public Library is seeking bids from licensed contractors to replace the cement handicap ramp, steel basement doors, rails, and basement rails, all in compliance with architectural drawings and specifications available at the library. The work includes inspecting the property, obtaining necessary documentation, complying with all relevant laws and regulations, removing and disposing of the current handicap ramp, rails, basement doors, and basement rails, providing all labor and materials, and securing any required permits, insurance, and bonding as needed. Contractors must provide the library director with proof of permits, insurance, and bonding if required. Interested contractors are invited to examine the site and must submit their bids by the specified deadline. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
