Remodeling of a multi-residential development in Madison, Alabama. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development; and multi-residential development.
Sealed quotes are requested from licensed and insured contractors for roof replacement, tree services, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and lawncare. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all quotes. The following scope listing is intended to provide the details of work required to remove and replace kitchen cabinets , counter tops , sink and faucets in housing unit building for the Triana Housing Authority . Additional steps may be required that are not shown but bidders will include anything additional to provide the product of new complete kitchen cabinets system on the units identified . The Project will also include new vanity with sink and faucet . The project will also include removing and installing a new commode . The bidders will provide separate pricing for removing old tub and surround systems and install new porcelain tub with tile surrounds with new plumbing fixtures . All four prices will be submitted separate not as a total . The bidders will provide a firm fixed price bid per unit to perform the following scope of work
