Reference Number 0000418913 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2469992.C14501776 Piggyback Contract No Question Deadline 04/22/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No It is anticipated that a recommendation for award will be submitted to the Sturgis City Commission for consideration at its meeting on Wednesday, May, 13 2026. This project includes removal and disposal of existing curtains and hardware and installation of new iherently fire resistant curtains and associated hardware on the stage at the Sturges-Young Center for the Arts. Adding side curtains on stage to be able to black box the performance area as well as adjusting a couple of the existing curtain locations. We will also accept alternate bids to move some existing lights and hardware that are dead hung to accomodate the new curtain heights. We are shortnening the valances and lengthening the curtains to open the stage up to the appropriate height making it necessary to raise some of the equipment so it remains hidden. We are requesting a lump sum bid but appreciate all information that can be supplied with pricing broken down by materials and labor on a separate sheet.
