The Board of Education of Bordentown Regional School District invites bids on Waste Removal for the periods from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option for up to two one-year annual extensions thereafter at the Board’s discretion and with agreement by the selected vendor. Annual renewals are subject to the availability and appropriations of sufficient funds by the Board. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of PL 1975, Chapter 127, Affirmative Action Against Discrimination (N.J.A.C. 17:27). Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, not to exceed $20,000. Corporate bidders must submit a list of names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock. A non-collusion affidavit must also be completed and filed with the bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
