Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Pulaski, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work consists generally of the painting and rehabilitation of a 100,000-gallon elevated water storage tank with appurtenances. Bidders must deposit security with their bid, as specified in the Information for Bidders, and must be licensed General Contractors qualified for this type of construction. A non-refundable deposit is required for contract documents, which will only be released electronically in PDF format on a USB Flash Drive. Bidders are responsible for printing all necessary documents for bid submittal and use. Contract documents must be obtained from Hethcoat & Davis, Inc.; obtaining them elsewhere will result in disqualification. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after bid opening. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
