The scope of work consists of lower and upper range improvements, including all firing and rimfire ranges, demolition and installation of new steel firing range structures, and a vault restroom; fencing and gate improvements or replacement; trap club improvements; and ADA accessibility. Question Deadline 04/15/2026 at 12:00 PM MT Questions must be submitted to the County Clerk at karen.rimmer@conversecountywy.gov. Answers will be posted on the County website by 17:00 the same day. Sealed bids from qualified construction companies are required. Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be opened or considered. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled on site. Bids must be clearly marked and delivered to the specified address. Bids cannot be changed or withdrawn after the submittal deadline, and handwritten notations or corrections are not permitted. The County reserves the right to reject all proposals and waive any minor informalities or irregularities contained in the proposal.
