Renovation of a mixed-use development in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center; and data center facility.
Belknap County seeks supply and installation of ductless mini-split AC systems. The project requires furnishing and installing new Mitsubishi HVAC systems to serve the Conference Room and Server Room. The Contractor is to provide a complete, fully operational system, including all labor, materials, equipment, controls, electrical work, and roof penetrations required for a turnkey installation. Equipment to be installed includes two Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Condensing Units (Model: MXZ-3C24NAHZ4-U1), four Mitsubishi 2' x 2' 4-Way Ceiling Cassette Units with Grilles (Model: SLZ-AF12NL), and one 18" Fixed Stand for the Conference Room. For the Server Room, one Mitsubishi P-Series Condensing Unit (Cooling Only, Model: PUY-AH30NL) and one Mitsubishi Wall-Mounted Indoor Unit (Model: PKA-AK30NL) are required. Proposals shall be submitted to the Board of Commissioners. The intent of this project is to furnish and install new Mitsubishi HVAC systems to serve the Conference Room and Server Room. The Contractor shall provide a complete, fully operational system, including all labor, materials, equipment, controls, electrical work, and roof penetrations required for a turnkey installation.
