Rochester Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania will accept sealed bids for the 2026 Paving Program. All materials and work must adhere to the current specifications of PennDOT Form 408, current edition and appropriate bulletins. Contractors must be PennDOT pre-qualified in work classification codes C1, F, F1, and F3. The project will be partially funded with liquid fuels funds. All work must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The minimum wage rates for each craft or classification of all workmen needed to perform this contract will be governed by State Prevailing Wage Rates. The Township reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the Township. Bidding documents are available via download from the Widmer Engineering Inc. website. Requests for clarification must be made by email and received no later than five business days before the bid date. Responses will be publicly displayed on the Widmer Engineering Inc. website.
