Proposals are requested for elevator maintenance at various locations in Sacramento, California for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Bids must be submitted on printed forms supplied at no charge by the Capitol Area Development Authority and enclosed in a sealed envelope labeled “FY ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE – VARIOUS LOCATIONS.” All proposals and work performed must comply with Titles 18 through 26 of the Code of California Regulations, as modified by the contract and any written addenda issued by the Executive Director. Any modifications requested by a contractor must be made in writing within sufficient time before the proposal due date. The Executive Director may amend any bond form upon written request from the bidder or their surety submitted in advance. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with prevailing wage rates as established by the Department of Industrial Relations, except for public construction projects of $25,000 or less or public maintenance projects of $15,000 or less, which are exempt from the prevailing wage requirement.
