Sealed proposals are requested for the following items: (1) 3,000 tons more or less of No. 2A aggregate, (2) 5,000 tons more or less of AASHTO No. 67 aggregate, (3) 300 tons more or less of AASHTO Ballast, (4) 5,000 tons more or less of No. 8 slag washed aggregate, (5) 250 tons more or less of R3 Rip Rap, (6) 250 tons more or less of R4 Rip Rap, (7) 250 tons more or less of R5 Rip Rap, (8) 250 tons more or less of R6 Rip Rap, (9) 250 tons more or less of R7 Rip Rap. Bidders may bid on any or all items. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Municipality. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to the Municipality, must accompany the bid. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
