Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the 2026 Falls Township Road Improvement Program. The principal items of work include removal of the existing storm sewer system, installation of new storm sewer piping and inlets, construction of new concrete curbs, sidewalks, and driveway aprons, completion of approximately 3,300 linear feet of full depth roadway reconstruction of one Township Road in the Willow Wood Section of Falls Township, completion of approximately 14,200 linear feet of 1 1/2" mill and overlay improvements on four variable width Township Roads (South Olds Blvd., North Olds Blvd., Cabot Blvd. East, and Cabot Blvd West), and construction of miscellaneous related resets and relocations in support of the road reconstruction. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, sealed, and addressed to the Owner and marked as specified. Bids must be made on the forms furnished and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid, Surety's Consent, and all required bonds (Performance, Labor & Material Payment, and Maintenance). The contractor must provide proof of PennDOT pre-qualification. Contractors must comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Falls Township Responsible Contractor Ordinance. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process, as permitted by law. No bidder may withdraw a bid within ninety days after the date of opening, except as set forth by applicable law. Affirmative action for non-discrimination in employment is required.
