The Universite de Montreal has unveiled the location of its future Laurentides campus, a project made possible thanks to close collaboration between teams from the UdeM and the Centre integre de sante et de services sociaux (CISSS) des Laurentides. Work to accommodate the medicine and pharmacy programmes has begun at 325 Rue du Docteur-Charles-Leonard in Saint-Jerome. Located near two CISSS des Laurentides facilities, Saint-Jerome Hospital and the Dr Andree-Gagnon University Family Medicine Group (GMF-U), the campus will be part of the third phase of the Laurentides Medical Complex. It will welcome its first cohort of medical students next autumn.
