Installation targeted by the work: CHC-Villa-Soleil Time required to complete the work: 8 weeks The project manager, Groupe Champlain Inc., being the owner and operator of 13 hosting centers in long-term care, having its head office at 7150 Marie-Victorin Street in Montreal, in the province of Quebec, An amount equivalent to a percentage of the tender price and in the form determined below: o A bid bond issued by a financial institution and established in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the quote price, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the opening date of submissions; or o A certified check or a bank draft made payable to the Project Manager in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price; or o An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a bank, savings and loan institution, or a company o An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a bank, savings and loan institution, or a company trust or savings account and in accordance with the provisions of the "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" form of Project Manager in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price.
