Site work for a water / sewer project in Springfield, Vermont. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 5/4/2026 no bids were received. The Project consists of the installation of a new standby diesel generator with a reinforced concrete equipment pad and all appurtenant wiring and equipment in the pump station and between the pump station and the new generator. Prospective bidders may obtain the bidding documents at the Issuing Office, Copy World LLC., between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Electronic bidding documents may be obtained at a cost of $25 per set and will be transmitted via email. No printed documents will be issued, and partial sets will not be available. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for documents obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding documents may also be examined at the office of the Engineer, Dufresne Group, by appointment between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This project includes the installation of a new standby generator at the Black Mountain Pump Station, located near 89 Wallace Way in Brattleboro, VT. Specifically, the project includes the following: Furnish and install a new standby generator with appurtenant wiring and equipment, as shown on the Drawings and described in the specifications. Furnish and install a reinforced concrete generator pad, including excavation and backfill, as shown on the Drawings. Excess soil from the excavation for the generator pad shall be spread on site in a manner that does not impact drainage patterns. Restore disturbed area with topsoil, seed, and mulch in accordance with the specifications.
