Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Springfield, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
The work consists of replacing an existing 48" diameter corrugated steel culvert with a new 60" corrugated steel culvert with steel end sections. Bids are requested for the Grove Street Culvert Replacement contract. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 11/26/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
