Sealed bids will be accepted to purchase the following: Goodwin School C-Wing Flooring Removal and Asbestos Abatement at 80 Old Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook, CT. Bid forms are available online. The Old Saybrook Board of Education encourages minority and women's business enterprises to apply. Project Area includes eight (8) classrooms (C1 through C8) and associated closets, three (3) administrative offices (PE, Psychologist, and Counselor offices), and one (1) art closet for an estimated area of 6,460 square feet. Work shall include field measurements of all spaces by the contractor for the removal and disposal only of tile and cove base. Air monitoring and floor replacement are excluded and handled by other contractors.
