Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fishers, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of ADA curb ramp reconstruction and adjacent sidewalk reconstruction within the following neighborhoods: The Parks at White River subdivision (Oxford, Harvard, and Princeton Parks) and the entrance of Heritage Park at the intersection of 106th St and Eller Road. The project duration is expected to be 60 days. The work must be completed by State of Indiana certified/qualified contractors and subcontractors for the project. All materials furnished and labor performed incidental to and required by the proper and satisfactory execution of the contract are to be in accordance with the requirements from the drawings and specifications included with the contract documents. Instructions to bidders include: Bids will only be accepted through vBid via QuestCDN.com. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holder list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required for all prospective bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or satisfactory bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. Bids may be held for up to sixty (60) days for review and qualification purposes. The project is funded wholly with Federal money under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and is governed by provisions including the Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Act and Affirmative Action Requirements. No less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the contract documents must be paid. The City of Fishers reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding.
