The work site will be occupied during construction. Preference will be given to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant bids meeting all essential requirements. If a non-Canadian manufactured product is proposed, the Contractor will be required to collaborate to find an equivalent Canadian-made alternative, with any cost variances supported by documentation such as invoices and receipts.
