Construction work is required to furnish and install magnetic interior storm windows at a historic facility. The work consists of providing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, licenses, certificates, permits, personal protective equipment, professional services, and equipment necessary to complete the installation in accordance with the Scope of Work. All work shall be performed to meet applicable construction standards and requirements for historic properties, including proper coordination, workmanship, and compliance with construction contract administration and applicable wage determinations. Location: Thomas Stone National Historic Site, 6655 Rose Hill Road, Port Tobacco, MD 20677 The estimated magnitude of the complete requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 45 calendar days.
