Construction work is required to combine the septic systems serving multiple dwellings. The work consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, licenses, certificates, permits, personal protective equipment, professional services, and equipment necessary to complete the septic system combination in accordance with the Scope of Work and Specifications included with the solicitation documents. All work shall be performed in compliance with applicable provisions, construction contract administration requirements, and the Department of Labor construction wage rate determination. Location: Cape Cod National Seashore, 360 Nellie Road, Wellfleet, MA 02667 The estimated magnitude of the complete requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days and complete it within 150 calendar days.
