Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a 11,000-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.
The scope of work includes Kropps Corner Utility and Roadway Construction with the following approximate quantities: 1,250 L.F. of sanitary sewer, 6,500 tons of crushed aggregate base course, 1,350 L.F. of watermain, 2,500 L.F. of concrete curb and gutter, 1,350 L.F. of storm sewer, 11,000 S.F. of concrete sidewalk, 3,000 C.Y. of excavation, and 475 tons of asphaltic pavement. Bidders must submit proposals in a sealed envelope marked with the name and address of the bidder, project title, and contract number. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check equivalent to 5% of the maximum proposal. Bidders must use the bid forms included in the contract documents. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at www.questcdn.com by inputting Quest project #10129783. No paper plan sets will be provided. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
