The scope of work is the reconstruction of a pedestrian boulevard located at West Court St and South Church St in Hastings, Michigan. The project addresses deteriorated concrete pavement, curbing, and tree-related infrastructure damage that has created unsafe pedestrian conditions and ADA compliance concerns. Instructions to bidders: Sealed proposals or bids must be received at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer with "Parking Lot 1 Bid" wording on the package. Proposals or bids are to be delivered to the City of Hastings, Office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, 201 East State Street, Hastings, MI 49058. Any questions regarding the RFP must be submitted before Tuesday April 16, 2026. If necessary, an addendum to the RFP will be provided to all holders of the RFP of record. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
