This project is located in Mckinney, TX. Project includes construction of 13,340 linear feet of 48-inch pressurized sanitary sewer pipe from the intersection of Baxter Well Road and FM 1461 to the intersection of CR201 and CR1006. This project also includes installation of 16 valve assemblies, relocation of existing fire hydrants, and restoration of existing storm drain structures. The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the construction of approximately 13,300 Linear Feet of 48 inch pipe for wastewater service. Pipe construction includes open trench and trenchless methods with isolation valves, combination air release valves, appurtenances and site restoration items. The OPCC range for this project is $15-20M.
