Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Lucas, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Lucas is seeking to enter into an engineering services contract with a state-registered engineer to assist in the application preparation and project implementation of a 2025-2026 Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) application for water improvements and/or other eligible TxCDBG activities. The engineering contract will encompass all project-related engineering services including application preparation, preliminary and final design plans and specifications, preparation of the bid packet, conducting all field testing and inspections (interim and final), and other special services. Actual tasks to be performed under each category should be specified. Bidders must list past local government clients and provide resumes of all proposed project engineers, as well as a current certificate of insurance for professional liability. Submit 3 sealed hard copies and email a digital copy of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications.
