The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the REGIONAL COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE 5, which is divided into three separate contracts: CONTRACT "A," CONTRACT "B," and CONTRACT "C." The project will be constructed in accordance with the contract documents. - Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to the bid. Alternatively, a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit for ten percent of the bid may be submitted, with a requirement to post a 100 percent Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond upon contract signing. - Federal Prevailing Wage Rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply. - The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive minor irregularities, and accept the bid that best serves the owner's interest. - Failure to submit the Bid Guaranty Bond and required affidavits will result in bid rejection.
