Bids are being solicited for the supply of two complete pumping units for the Community Utilities Department. All bid prices must remain firm following the bid opening. Any deviation from the specifications must be clearly outlined and explained in detail; otherwise, it will be considered that services offered are in strict compliance with the specifications and the successful vendor shall be held responsible accordingly. Time of delivery is part of the bid and is very important. If the indicated delivery date cannot be met or a date is not indicated, the bidder shall state its best delivery time. The City of Fall River reserves the right to reject any/all bids when deemed in its best interest and shall be the sole judge of equivalency and acceptability. Bids must be submitted sealed by the specified deadline. Questions must be submitted in writing via email by the specified deadline. MBE/WBE businesses are encouraged to participate.
