Sealed bids will be received for the FY 2025 NJDOT Municipal Aid Program Reconstruction of Johnson Avenue project in the Borough of Runnemede, Camden County, New Jersey. Bids must be submitted on the specified bid form, enclosed in sealed envelopes with the bidder's name and address and a reference to the specific work bid upon. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for at least ten percent, but not more than $20,000, of the bid amount, and a certificate letter from a surety company stating it will provide a completion bond. The award is conditional upon the Borough providing the necessary funds and securing all required State, Federal, or Local permits. Compliance with Affirmative Action, Prevailing Wage Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Public Works Contractor Registration Act, Disclosure Statement, and proof of business registration are required. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, or to waive informalities as permitted by law. Bids must not be dropped off at the engineer's office and payment must be received before obtaining specifications.
